{Note: There is no single English word that embraces all that is contained in the German word "Reich." If one had to choose just one word to represent its meaning, our word "realm" might come closest, with its harkening back to a time when there truly was a spiritual dimension and a racial/ethnic consciousness uniquely shared by the members of each nation. Yet even that word doesn't do justice to the depth of meaning in Reich, which is why I've chosen to leave it untranslated. [The Reich is the conscious desire and physical attempt to manifest and reflect a higher spiritual harmony on the physical plane. Thus its theological dimension. A realm does this subconsciously, and an empire not at all. -- MH]
The word Volk, sometimes translated as "people," other times as "folk," is similar; it connotes a group of people sharing blood ties as well as bonds of tradition, history, and a common political structure. -- R.B.}

In the notes concerning the conversations between President F. D. Roosevelt and Marshall Stalin on the occasion of the Teheran Conference of 28 November - 1 December 1943, the following entry occurs:
"The conversation then turned to the question of the treatment intended for Nazi Germany.
The President said that in his opinion it was very important that the idea of the Reich not be left in the consciousness of the Germans, and that this word ought to be stricken from the language.
Joseph Stalin
Marshall Stalin replied that it was not enough to eliminate the word, that the Reich itself must be taken out of the position where it could ever again plunge the world into war. He said that the victorious Allies would fail in fulfilling their duty if they did not keep in their own hands those strategic positions which were necessary to prevent any flaring up again of German militarism."

Nachum Goldmann, "King of the Diaspora Jews," first President of the World Jewish Congress, wrote in 1915:
The spirit of Individualism had brought England to the edge of the abyss domestically. A reaction had to come. It came: a new spirit began to blaze a new trail in England. Its champions were the theorists of Chartism, the Christian Socialists, the leaders of the Cooperative Movement, above all Carlyle. The direction of thought which they represented was the social, historical, and the organic; which means the same thing as: the militaristic, the German. . .the controlling experience in the life of this great Scot (Carlyle) was the internal overcoming of the individualistic French philosophy of Enlightenment, of the atomistic English national economy, and the discovery of the organic, synthetic, German philosophy. Carlyle was an enthusiastic admirer of the German character, a passionate follower of the ideas of German philosophy. All men and directions which are of creative significance in the England of the 19th century, stood under the influence of Carlyle, under the influence of the German spirit. . .Had this process continued peacefully, it would have finally ended with the total defeat of the old individualistic spirit; the representatives of this spirit sensed this very well. When they could no longer maintain their position peacefully, they unleashed the war which was supposed to crush Germany and the militaristic spirit. . .The slogan Down with Militarism! embodies the regressive element in this war; a victory for the slogan would be a triumph of the 17th and 18th centuries over the 19th and 20th. Because Germany embodies the progressive principle, it is sure of victory. Germany will triumph, and the world will be dominated by the militaristic spirit. Whoever feels like bemoaning this may sing a lament for it; but to want to hinder it is foolishness and an offense against the Guardian Spirit of History, the committing of which England and France still must atone for severely."

The German Reich, unified by Otto von Bosmarck, resurrected by the Act of State of the Eternal Federation of the German Princes in the constitution of the German Reich, passed on the 16th of April 1871, proclaimed on the 20th of April 1871, and put into effect on the 4th of May 1871, lives on in the Will of the Germans who still wish to be Germans. Strong in faith, they hold fast to the Reich as the national state of the German people. Only with the death of the last German loyal to the Reich will the Reich perish.
For more than a century the enemies of Germany have been working for the defeat of the Reich and its folk. They have now failed at last. The German people are arising, unbendable in their Will to restore the ability to act to the German Reich.
The Reich in Thought
Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel
1. All the peoples of Europe, not just the German people, are presently in danger of going under. If Europe does not recover, it will become -- as Ernst Nolte predicts -- an appendage of Asia and Africa
2. Could that not be a matter of indifference to the Lord of History?
3. What is the point/purpose of mankind?
4. What is the point/purpose of Europe?
5. Many Europeans, in particular many Germans, are apparently indifferent to this. Some even welcome this development.
6. But these are only the irresponsible private opinions of individuals.
7. Acting on the basis of these opinions is capriciousness.
8. Even if the overwhelming majority of European individuals were to think this way, that would not be the Will of the European peoples.
9. The various peoples are not aggregates of discrete elements.
10. The various nationalities are spiritual essences, life.
11. Their Will is not to be confused with the network of the arbitrariness of individuals, which immediately would perish, were it not borne by an over-arching (transcendent) Will of the community, which expresses itself in life-preserving action, which is not the action of subjective minds (human individuals).
12. The life of the various peoples is not compatible with democracy in the sense of vote-counting.
13. If this insight did not already follow from the concept, from thought, the fate of the Western democracies in the 20th century, as well as their condition today, would in any case be empirical proof of the correctness of this statement.
14. The Will of the various peoples is genuinely and generation-bridgingly present in their particular religion, in their particular tradition, and in their particular philosophy.
15. It is {something which is} recognized and not ascertained.
16. The Will of a people is a concrete, i.e., defined-in-itself and dynamic form of mind, and as such a special presence of God in the world.
17. God, the essence of all phenomena, the universal One, who does not reign in the Beyond, separated from the phenomena, but rather is present only in His particular forms, holds to Himself by preserving the multiplicity of the various ethnicities as his special designs. Particular peoples may pass away, but the multiplicity of the various peoples is essentially immortal.
18. The Many are not indifferent toward one another and next to one another, but rather are internally related to one another in the situation of necessity, therefore as a unity: we would not be what we are as the German Volk, if the Jewish anti-Volk -- our eternal foe -- did not also exist.
19. World-historic peoples are those in whom a necessary principle of the Absolute Sind is embodied, which elaborates a New World.
20. At the present, this role is the lot of the German people. For two hundred years, the idea of the Volksgemeinschaft {ethnically-based community} has been at work, in order to arrive at itself as an Idea.
21. The revolt against the circumstances which threaten the life of the German people, is a godly action.
22. We, who have made the Will to preserve the German people our own personal Will, are thus the helpers of God.
The Salvation in Misfortune
23. The various peoples prove themselves in adversity. It is the danger of death which awakens their genius and its will to survive.
24. Only the advent of external menace turns the Interior of a people, its spiritual form, toward the outside and makes that spirit manifest.
25. The outward initial impulse of the movement obeys the laws of chance, but what that impulse begins is not accidental but necessary.
26. The swarming mounted warriors of Attila, the storming Mongols, the Moorish occupation of Spain, the Turkish army troops -- these were the threats which brought about the birth of the Western cultural federation from the rough Celtish and Germanic tribes of Europe.
27. This is sui generis. Nothing alien forms its character. What came out of the East, the West has transposed into creative variations. Never has the West merely imitated what others have created before it. It has always achieved forms peculiar to itself and has always formed the world according to its image.
28. The Spirit of the West holds firmly to itself; for there is nothing that would be superior to it.
29. Danger threatens it only from within, should it misunderstand its own being and if it were to accept the belief that it is destined to become a vessel which holds the peoples of withered cultures.
30. Inherent already in the infinite sadness which grips us over the palpable ongoing devastation in Western cultural circles, is the certainty that the decline of Europe is not the last word of History, that the decline itself is finite and that the decline will perish in the resurrection of the Western spirit of freedom.
31. The spirit which comprehends itself as spirit and conducts its life with self-confidence, is not lukewarm and not depressed, but is rebellious and optimistic.
Folk und Race
32. The various peoples are distinct: externally, by racial features, internally by unique, unmistakable Volksgeist {ethnic spirit}.
33. The Internal, the Essence, is there only as expression, like the External is only the appearance of the Internal. Inside and outside are one and the same and, at the same time, their distinction.
34. The distinction which they also are, cannot be skipped over, but it does not separate those who are different.
35. The slogan "Volk und Rasse" {"Folk and Race"} has proven to be unbalanced, based upon previous deliberation -- and therefore untrue.
36. The motto "Volk: Geist und Rasse" {"Folk: Spirit and Race"} is proper.
37. Both moments {in the sense of physics} are of equal weight, inseparable, and at the same time a defensive front against what is alien.
38. Only a people that wards off the alien [or foreign] preserves its own life.
39. Europe is experiencing the spectacle that its intelligentsia views ethnicities and nations as delusionary (phantasmagorias) and declares the word "race" to be an invalid concept, so that it might appear as unimportant that here Negroes and slit-eyes are seeping into the residences of Whites, just as Izzy seeped into Palestine in order to appropriate the land for himself.
40. The Negro appears fair to another Negro, the slit-eye sympathetic to another slit-eye, the White appealing to another White. To the Negro, however, the White is an ogre, to the White, a slit-eye is ugly. The kike views the goy as a beast. Why should it be indecent to speak of this?
41. Must the German Spirit seek to have recourse to Jews in order to express itself? To Benjamin Disraeli, for example, for whom "the Racial Question" was "the key to World history" (FAZ, 29 May 2002); or to Salcia Landmann, who was even of the opinion, "that the racists of the Nazi period were not mistaken in their high estimation of the problems of race, but only in their evaluation and characterization of the individual races and in the inferences they drew from their theories."...?(FAZ, 29 May 2002)
42. Obviously the weakness of the Western immune system is treatable only if the racial question is put on a new basis philosophically. Hegel again supplies the answer to this: The spiritual/intellectual and the physiognomic are distinct but not separable, rather they are in concrete union. The rejection which focuses upon the external is in actuality the repelling of the alien spirit, which manifests itself in the irritating form of appearance.
The West as Idea and Cultural Community
43. The principle of the West is the idea of the freedom of the person. On this foundation there rises a many-membered ediface, whose elements are related to, condition and support one another and, in their reality, reciprocally improve and simultaneously check one another. Its history is to be understood only if this idea is kept in mind.
44. The history of Asia and Africa, on the other hand, is the prehistory of the spirit/mind, its dream-time.
45. Its awakening first occurred in Judea as the Sublime, later in ancient Greece as Beauty, and finally in ancient Rome as abstract Right.
46. It emerged for the first time as the consciousness of Freedom in the Germanic tribes.
47. The flight of the afro-asiatic peoples of our day into the areas of settlement of the Europeans is the challenge to us to raise the European idea of Freedom from out of its nihilistic and atomistic deconstruction -- out of individualism -- and up into self-conscious Volksgemeinschaft {ethnically-based community}.
48. The siren song of "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity" still lures men on to disaster. But the ropes, woven by the German philosophy of Idealism, bind Odysseus, the German Spirit, firmly to the mast of discernment. The spell of the Enlightenment is broken by Kant and Hegel. The birds with the heads of women plunge into the sea.
49. The spirit, as person, is freedom in itself, for itself, and freedom in and for itself.
50. In the shape of freedom in itself, only the community as such is free. Its moments -- the general (community) and the particular (individual) -- are still in indistinguishable (abstract) unity.
51. The history of the West is the passage of the Spirit in and through the distinction of its motifs, their opposition, and finally their reconciliation. It is written with the blood of the peoples. The triumph of the epochs, life, love and the laughter of the mortal spirits only starts to radiate to the gloomy backdrop of unimaginable horror and tormenting sorrow.
We become what we are.
52. The world is full of lamentations. Petty meanness , injustices, and cruelties tower up infinitely high.
53. Thus, our situation is represented in externalities. But this glance does not penetrate to any depth. Its stopping points are matters of choice. That is the way it is, yet it could be otherwise.
54. Only the gaze that still recognizes in horror the working of reason, finds the ground upon which building can take place.
55. The Völkerwanderung {migration of the peoples}, impelled by the storming Huns, is the glorious period of German Volksfreiheit {freedom of the people as a people}. The folk as a whole is free; the individual not yet.
56. The battling German peoples, roving through the continent, are the hungry, primordial power of freedom, which draws in and crushes all oriental formations of the spirit.
57. Their lethal encounter with Rome, which had brought to manifestation the abstract and, for that reason, still unfree person, stimulated in the Germanic spirit the idea of the person recognized as such. The individual conceives of himself as distinct from the community and also feels empowered -- as was not the case in ancient Rome in the time of the Caesars -- vis-a-vis the community. From this idea arose the endless struggles over hereditary rights in the Frankish kingdom.
58. This first Reich of the Germans drowned in the sea of stubbornness, of disloyalty and betrayal of its followers.
59. The person thirsting for recognition reduces himself into his moments: into the individual who exists for his own sake as an egotistical Individual (the moment of the special/particular), and into the individual who exists for the sake of the Whole, i.e., who sees the sense of life in Duty, in the Generality, accepted internally, of the individual will (the moment of the general).
60. This distinction deformed itself in the 20th century into the contrast which still is stamped upon our present circumstances. Driven to extremes, it plunged the West into doubting itself (Nihilism), the worst form of doubt.
61. The Western European powers -- England and France -- are the empire of Individualism, which sets itself up here as the absolute and thereby itself falls victim to and degenerates into anarchy. They are natural enemies of that philosophy -- of German philosophy -- which has expressed the falseness of Individualism.
62. The decadence of the West is not the deterioration of the Spirit turning its back on itself, not an aberration of humanity, but a necessary point of transition for the spirit on the way to the consciousness of freedom. This side is the truth of Individualism and Liberalism
63. The Central European power, the German Reich, is the work place of the concrete Commonalty/Generality. As such, it appears in a two-fold form:
64. In the first, it is the Opposition, existing for itself, against the Particular, against the sphere of the irresponsible, egotistical Individualism -- only Opposition without reconciliation. But in the Opposition, the General, as only another {form of} the particular, is itself defined as only as a particularity.
65. In the hostile opposition, the General is defeated, because it is still not the existence of freedom, nor is it the truly general, which includes the particular in itself and at the same time is beyond it. This first comes into its own in a concrete Generality, which is conscious of itself as such. Only that Generality which knows of itself that it has its own existence in the particular and is reduced by it to Appearance, is no longer that despotic power of the obligatory, which in Kant it still is.
66. The Particular, recognized and dissolved into the concrete General, realizes in the General its higher being. In this realization, it now wills itself {to be} no longer an accidental {thing}, but rather as the existence of its Essence. Thus it is moral consciousness. the yoke of the obligatory is taken from it.
67. In this second form of the General, the immoral -- because arbitrary -- individual, the social atom, is summoned back into responsibility toward the General, in the realization that the General is the essence of the particular; this is real only as self-confident person, therefore as Individual, through whose spiritual being the voice of God resounds (personare = to ring through, resound, fill with sound, etc.).
68. In this self-realization, the individual is no longer isolated, no longer an abstract person, but a moral person, in internal, therefore necessary relationship with others as persons -- the individual is what he is only through the internal connection with the many other individuals and only genuinely free in that -- the conscious existence and there-being of the community, Volksgemeinschaft, which is a form of God.
69. This distinction and contrast of Europe is the is in itself the restlessness which drives the the mechanism of its clock of destiny. For us, the hour of the German Reich is striking. The Reich is militarily defeated, but its principle -- the sublation of the opposition between the individual and the community, into the consciousVolksgemeinschaft -- is more than ever at hand.
70. In the thirty-year World War, the themes of European identity met in armed confrontation. The non-spiritual and non-intellectual struggle of spiritual and intellectual principles has brought the continent into a condition in which it is exposed in its entirety to lethal external threats. The certainty of this is the concurrence of the afro-asian flight of refugees with the imperialistic will of the East Coast {i.e., the powerful U.S. Jewish interests, together with the "establishment" gentiles who have allied themselves with them in the NWO} for the ethnic mixing of the European peoples.
71. The present flood of peoples now surging into Europe is causes by the free-trade destruction of the way of life in Africa and Asia.
72. The free-traders are expanding their program: not only are borders supposed to be permeable for goods and capital, but now also for human beings of all nations. This push is directed chiefly against the European peoples and nations. The counter-attack in consequence has to be directed against free-trade.
73. The Third Reich, had it been militarily victorious, could have been a shield of protection for the peoples murdered through free-trade. After its military defeat, Europe was intentionally -- and plainly in the sense of a conspiracy acting globally -- made defenseless by means of dissolution into a mish-mash of peoples and thus the single counter-power against the Globalism of the East Coast is apparently being annihilated.
74. It is the East Coast, with its financial-, media-, and military power, which is forcing this program upon the European nations.
75. Now resistance is arising against this.
76. The will to preserve oneself as French, Italian, Spanish, English, Russians, Polish, and as a German, in the home of one's ancestors, as nations and as bearers of a particular European culture and way of life, is now forming itself into an invincible political power.
77. This, our will for self-assertion, must justify itself to no one. It is. And as Being, it is an end in itself, which is already justified in itself. No one should claim the right to tell us that we have to surrender ourselves.
--- There is no human right to order the German people to sacrifice themselves to the point of dying out.
--- There is no human right to order the German people to turn over its home to alien peoples.
--- There is no human right to order the German people to hate itself and to debase itself before others.
--- There is no human right to order the German people to cheer on their tormentors.
78. The German folk -- like any other people -- has, by its very existence, the right to exist and to exclude other peoples from being part of itself, while itis genuinely united with them as partner of a just balance of interests.
79. To the extent that the will for self-assertion begins to stir and move, the chains which hold us down become perceptible. This experience is necessary so that our creative powers are flexed and finally cast off these chains.
80. The power to overthrow a world grows out of the conviction that it has become the way it is by necessity and therefore will not remain so.
81. The feeling of sadness, of hurting, is the presence of that which is still absent. The pain is the call to prepare to depart, and at the same time a signpost which points the way. In it is seen the direction we must turn. Just as hunger already contains bread as a necessity, so the sorrow about the powerlessness of the Reich contains its New Order.
The Reich in the World of Appearances
Otto v. Bismarck -- the Unifier of the German Reich
82. When the German Reich entered the world stage in 1871, it encountered there the British Empire. But by its appearance, the threads spun over the centuries by Albion, which held the Continental European powers in unstable balance, were torn.
83. The Reich -- which, distinct from the island kingdom, had at its disposal no navy to speak of and thus no colonies, no trade capital, no usury capital, and no plundered gold -- rose up within only thee decades to being the leading industrial power of the world -- based only upon the skills of the German people.
84. It was these abilities which made us seem so sinister to the British and the French. In every sentence of the Kaiser, in which he declared that the Reich was entitled to recognition as an equal partner in the concert of the European world powers, they believed they were hearing a threat of war.
85. Their own imperialistic way of thinking distorted the vision of the english statesmen as to the true motives of the Reich. Defensive and cautious foreign policy maneuvers of the Reich were interpreted as diplomatic preparations for a war of aggression.
86. To the Western powers, the unification of the Reich in 1871 was the original sin of the Germans -- a reading which the Germans, re-educated after 1945 into compliance, have adopted.
87. But there was no alternative to unification of the Reich: as a patchwork of twelve tiny principalities, the German lands would have been pressed down by the Anglo-American rivalry to the level of an Irish poorhouse, and thus shifted into the condition which corresponds to the Morgenthau Plan if it had been executed. That was not viable due to the valiant spirit of the Germans. They would have preferred to die rather than allow themselves to be forced into this base existence.
88. This development also would have not been averted by a tariff policy protecting German industry. The way in which the USA dealt with Japan (In 1850, American warships made of steel and iron, against the wooden boats of the Japanese, forced the opening of the Japanese market to American industrial goods) showed that the stronger military power determines trade policy.
89. From the very beginning, the German Reich was condemned to a life-or-death struggle with Anglo-American imperialism for its recognition as an equal industrial and commercial power -- which includes recognition as a military power of equal rank, only to finally succumb in this struggle.
90. The tragedy of German history has not been grasped, even up to today.
91. What is not understood, is that in historical National Socialism, the emergence of freedom as conscious Volksgemeinschaft {folk-community} was raised to a historically potent form, drawing upon itself the concentrated hatred of the declining but still far from exhausted world of boundless egoism.
92. The isolation of the German Reich from the Western community of consumerism thus produced is simultaneously its incorporation into the families of the peoples who are thrown to Mammon as fodder. Hitler's Mein Kampf is a leading title in this world. Voices of regret are already being raised in the leading newspapers of the Arab world, that Hitler didn't really solve the Jewish Question. (Fatma Abdallah Mahmoud in the official Egyptian daily Al-Akhbar of 01 May 2002 in the translation of the Middle East Media Research Institute).
93. When the European nations turned on one another in 1914, the hour of the German Reich had not yet arrived, because it was not yet longed for worldwide as the conqueror of Mammon. It is worthy of reflection that it was Nachum Goldmann, later promoted to the leadership of Zionist Jewry, who in his piece Der Geist des Militarismus {The Spirit of Militarism}, (Deutschen Verlagsanstalt Stuttgart-Berlin 1915, p. 8), written in 1915, stated, "The best heads in England and France" would establish "the crushing of Germany as necessary in the interests of culture," (p. 21) and therefore as the actual goal of the war for the Entente {Allies of WW1}. And he spoke of a "war of destruction" against Germany. (p. 21)
94. He recognized the vocation of the German Reich, which will finally emerge victorious from the international conflicts as the power of spiritual leadership:
". . .which of us does not have the feeling -- and more, the profoundest conviction -- that this war, should it not signify the proof for all time of the inner senselessness of every historical event and thereby of human existence, represents the sign of an enormous turning point in time, the prelude to a great new future for the culture of humanity? And even more than this today is the deepest conviction: that this new future that will be impending after the war, will stand under the sign of the German spirit, that the victory of Germany will mean the shifting of the center of gravity and of leadership of the future culture to German nationality, but without this having to or being allowed to mean any kind of violent oppression of the other national cultures. So the coming world culture will be, in its most internal essence, German culture, and thus its character, which separates it from previous culture, is already determined. German culture means social culture, it means the higher standing of the Whole over the individual, it means the foundation of all ethics and morals, of every right and all conventions, upon the primacy of the collective. In the way that the idea of the organism forms the deepest content of German thought, so the social concept represents the dominant principle of the German social order, of German culture. Regarded from this standpoint, the course of European cultural development maintains innermost meaning and deep consistency. The period of the Middle Ages was the epoch of complete suppression of the individual in favor of the totality; the individual,as such, did not exist at all, the cooperative society was all. The Renaissance and the Reformation proclaimed the discovery of the Individual; the Age of Individualism begins, the full liberation of the individual human being, the proclamation of his autonomy. To have accomplished this is what makes up the world-historical significance of England and France. But individualism in its extreme exaggeration leads to the crisis: the great social problem of our time arose, which was born in the first place out of the extreme individualistic fundamental principle of our present economic order. The economic egoism of the individual at last no longer knew any moral boundaries; an inner change became necessary; this war initiates it." 95. The Weltgeist {= World-Spirit} had summoned the "Measureless Continent" (Giselher Wirsing), the United States of America to represent before the German Reich the world power of money in its clarity, as apparent victor over the German spirit of Volksgemeinschaft {folk-community}. Its truth is the gruesome birth of absolute Individualism, which simultaneously perishes in its perfect completion, and therefore sublates, concludes, preserves and elevates its mortality in the binding-back (religio) into the Volksgeist {folk-spirit}as the presence of God in the world.
96. Throughout the entire 20th Century, the World Spirit powerfully pressed for the isolation of the individual (atomism) in the Westen Hemisphere. In its consciousness the notion prevails that individual freedom is true freedom. It had to first experience it itself the consummation of lethal one-sidedness of shameless individualism and ruthless egoism, before the will to conquer it might stream forth out of it. The United States of America and its world of the "American Way of Death" are the locus of this liberating experience. It is the seed from which -- sunk in the soil of the German Reich -- the moral state and the moral person -- which are one and the same -- will sprout forth.
The Historical Image as Spiritual Murder
97. We do not understand the revolution in which we have long been living and working, or the necessities of the revolt which proclaims itself in our hearts, if we do not recognize the truth of the history of the 20th Century.
98. What is familiar to us of it is therefore not long recoognized.
99. The current interpretation of the events, the emphasis upon that which the prevailing observer takes to be essential, the portrayals which the historians recommend to contemporary conceptions -- all these are deceptions, which block the viewing of the truth, which the World Spirit manifests as in history.
100. The starting point of the liberation of the German people is the constant realization and supreme concentration of our knowledge that it is the victors over Germany who determine the contents of the historical works about the 20th Century, and hold a distorting mirror before our minds with the hostile intention of stealing the experience of self-worth from the Germans and destroying German culture forever
101. The war against the German Reich is being continued by our enemies as spiritual murder.
102. Who would be able to name a recognized work of history dealing with the 20th Century, that does not indulge in self-righteous moralizing! There is not a single one that does not contain the condemnation of historical National Socialism as a presupposition.Each and every one of them is modelled on this prejudice.
103. The Zeitgeist is, as a matter of principle, unwilling and unable to raise itself out of the sea of historical facts in order to recognize, from the altitude of an eagle's flight, the shapes of the spirit which show themselves in the destinies of peoples. It always presumes what it offers from its frog-perspective as the result of its demonstration of proof as a maxim: "Germany must perish!"
104. The activities of the surface of phenomena, the various coincidences in the stream of occurrences, the intellectual remarks of the people who are active, as well as the moral impulses of those born afterward, are not the ground from which discernment grows. They draw our gaze away from the spirit at work in World history and lead our thinking down a blind alley.
105. It is only {the sort of} thinking which does not look away from the horror which has historically occurred, but recognizes in it the working of reason and the conquering power of the truth, which liberates us from the thralldom in which the "wallowers in the past," who are hostile to Germany, hold us.
106. The path to the recognition of our more recent history is paved with questions which the Zeitgeist has sunk into a spiral of silence:
--- Was it to be expected that the world power of Great Britain would not defend by means of her superior military power her monopoly in world trade as well as her colonies? --- Was it to be expected that the private British companies having monopolies would give up their plundered property at their outposts of raw materials in Asia, South America, and Africa?
--- Was it really to be expected that the British overseas trading houses, having become accustomed to power, would welcome their German competitors?
--- Do these explanations, gained from the world of economics and its motivating forces, conceal deeper lying conflicts of a spiritual nature? If yes, which?
107. The answers to the questions of German history which are permitted by the victors over Germany, are subject to the general suspicion of being formulations of psychological warfare against the Reich. They are poison arrows in our flesh, which must be surgically removed.
108. The answers given by Germans outside of the official zone of perception, are subject to doubt due to stigmatization as "National-Socialist thinking." This taboo must be broken above all others.
109. It is the highest duty of those loyal to the Reich to struggle for the cleansing of the German historical image. Losses in one's own ranks due to state or measures of repression are the consequences of combat and are to be bravely endured as such.
110. Here, the heroic struggle of the German Wehrmacht {army} is to be remembered constantly as the standard for readiness to sacrifice. Crimes against the Thought Police of the regime of accommodation are the highest duty to the Reich. Martyrdom for the German Reich is our most effective weapon against the foes of the Reich.
111. Nachum Goldmann, already cited, credibly illuminates the war-determined hostile position. He makes it clear that no war-like spirit is denoted by the word "Militarism." He writes:
"It would be absurd to ascribe to the German people a particularly war-like spirit. . .if any European people deserves this designation - . . . - it is surely the French. But in truth, no modern nation is war-minded; the spirit of our times, the character of the modern economy like the character of the modern mind is thoroughly hostile to all warlike inclinations, is peace-loving, in a way that other times rarely have been.
Therefore, a warlike spirit does not comprise the meaning of what the spokesmen of England and France call Militarism." (NG. Loc. cit. p. 8)
"We have already reached the point the proclaimers of the slogan: Down with Militarism! were aiming for. With their battle cry, they want to say that the spirit that prevails in the military is a specifically German spirit. We have recognized in the analysis of the basic elements of the military spirit, that they are correct. That idea which characterizes the military spirit above all others, is the thought of the equality of men grounded upon the duties common to all men; but this is a specifically German idea. Nowhere has the German spirit found purer or more sublime expression, than in Idealistic philosophy; nothing is more basic and more characteristic of the Idealistic philosophy than its ethics; no idea more important than that of duty, no feeling more particular to its morality than that of honor. But both -- the idea of duty and the sense of honor -- are the two highest virtues which the military spirit knows, are the most beautiful qualities which adorn the military man." (NG. "Military spirit -- that is the spirit of our time. But military spirit is German spirit; We therefore say to all those who wish to destroy Germany: German spirit governs the world. Yes, German spirit. . .
The guiding spirit of progress and of the future stands with Germany this time. I wouldn't know what could give a stronger certainty of the final victory of Germany than this realization." (NG. Loc. cit. p. 20 and 21)
"Just as England is the political author of this war, so it also stands spiritually at the front of the war of annihilation against the German spirit. The slogan: Down with Militarism! is English in origin. . ." (NG. Loc. cit. p. 21)
112. Was not every German, even those who still wanted to be German, ready after 1945, to accept the reproach of Militarism and, with a sort of helpless stammering, keep himself at a distance in conversation? It is immediately clear from this how deeply the enemy has broken into our thoughts and feelings. He has succeeded in stuffing the Anglo-Saxon concept of Militarism into our thinking and feeling. But with this, he already has us firmly in his grip.
113. The powers which carried off the victory over the Reich in the military international conflicts, had to prevent with the penalty of their ruin the essential substance of the history of the 20th Century from being recognized by the various peoples. The Order founded upon the power of money will collapse in a moment, if the world becomes aware that the war already declared by the Jewish world organizations against the German Reich in 1933, with 60 million war dead and solely for the defense of the world power of money and thus for the world rulership of the Jews, was instigated with the goal of the total destruction of the German Reich.
114. Therefore a clear mission has been allotted to the official "writing of history": It is not allowed to even approach the truth.
115. We will learn that the umbrella of articles put up for the protection of the Holocaust-historiography is soon also spread over other supporting columns of the prescribed image of history.
116. Whoever grasps all this and considers it, knows that the war against the German Reich and its people is continuing and daily increasing in intensity as a disguised war, with the goal of the total annihilation of the German people.
The Necessity of the Military Defeat of the Reich
117. The truth concerning the history of the 20th Century is expressed in Goldmann's thesis -- as a still narrowly framed realization. What was still lying beyond the horizon of his recognition is nonetheless already present in his statements in themselves.
118. It is now also becoming for itself. Intellectual and spiritual leadership, as Goldmann correctly defines it, as the mission of the German spirit, can only grow and thrive on intellectual and spiritual ground. It can never come out of a victory wrested by military means, for the spirit of the defeated peoples rears up against it. It is this resistance of the conquered which prohibits the victor from laying down his arms. To the defeated, his word remains the word of the enemy, against which he rebels.
119. The paradox of the World War consists of this, that the German spirit can triumph and take on leadership in the world only from the ground of military defeat of the German Reich.
From Imperialism to Globalism and afterwards back to the Volksgemeinschaft
120. In order to understand these connections, it is essential to study the material motive powers which produce empires and then destroy them again. On this basis, the World Spirit reveals itself as the Lord of History.
121. The West and the New world offer two objects for study which can be viewed as the extremes of a two-thousand-year history of Imperialism, which is now coming to its conclusion: The Roman Empire and that of the USA-dominated "One World."
122. Rome -- the community founded by robbers -- starting out from its seven hills, troubled its more distant neighborhood (the closer one it tried to draw into alliances). On this account it was constantly challenged by enemies.
123. The never-ending threat created a military competence which opened up new possibilities for politics. Even apart from motives of plunder, the understandable efforts to keep the war fronts as far away from the gates of Rome as possible, had the effect of an incentive. The migrating Germanic tribes/peoples generated a permanent pressure upon the borders of the Empire, which according to the principle "divide and rule" was supposed to be kept under control. To keep the troops intact and in practice, they were led almost without interruption against enemies of the Empire. The war booty gained from this -- prisoners, who became part of the multi-racial population living in Rome as slaves, the goods of plunder and the allotments of land to the warriors -- gradually deformed the community. The generals worked their way up to become despots. Blood-sucking upon the subject peoples turned them from confederates into foes. The luxury of the capital city of the world corrupted its soldierly spirit. The decadence countermanded the cult of the gods and brought about a longing for a religion of healing. The initial missionary successes of Judaism were soon superseded by the Christian influence, which became ever more significant particularly with the legionaries and their leaders, until finally Constantine in the year 320 declared the Catholic Church the state church.
124. This was the world of the pax romana. Its spiritual principle and simultaneously its contribution to world history as the development of freedom was the evolution of the idea of the person, of personal property. In the Imperium Romanum, the person remained abstract, i.e., as irresponsible owner, who is a proprietor. His use of the possession and the disposition of the property was left entirely to his arbitrary will. The idea that property is a trusteeship, a fief of the community, was not yet born.
125. The Roman, created as a person under the rule of the Caesars, remained in a condition of state slavery. With respect to the state, he was without rights. He belonged to Caesar, because the latter, not answerable to anyone, had power over life and death. Seen from both poles -- from the individual just as from the State -- Rome was finally the realm of absolute immorality. As such, it met destruction by the blows of the Germanic tribes/peoples. But it left behind to the world a precious legacy.
126. In the centuries following, Roman Law, in competition with the Germanic Law, became the foundation of our system of Civil Law. This is the dimension of freedom of the civil society, fully developed beyond the imperium romanum, it is that sphere in which the individuals, isolated as equally valid {sets of} needs, and therefore as {sets of} respective special interests selfishly (egoistically) relate to one another. The Other is, in this relationship, only the means to an end. He has no value per se, but only as the possessor of a {set of} needs in the sense of exchangeable goods or, respectively, as the bearer of a will which is prepared to alienate.
Without Rome, no Wall Street.
127. With the system of Roman civil law, in the consciousness of the times, which has been maintained to the present day, the foundation was layed for Liberalism. It is the order of things which makes it possible for the Jews, as a minority discriminated against -- having evaded the public eye -- to get hold of money as profit and as the means to power.
128. It is a gross misunderstanding -- sometimes a fully intentional one -- to equate Liberalism with freedom or with democracy. It is the opposite of both. In the political sense, it is the enslavement of the community by private interests, in the social sphere it is the return of the law of the jungle and of bondage.
129. The pax americana is based on Liberalism, which makes its appearance world-wide as the enemy of democracy. Its foundation is totally different from the pax romana.
130. The land mass of North America, torn off into history by uprooted Europids, holds within itself the unleashing of the egoistic I from all ennobling traditions and community-establishing conventions, which was first exhibited in the nearly total extermination of the proud Indians and in the dragging off of 11 million unfortunate Negroes into slavery.
"The pious and politically free inhabitant of New England is a sort of Laocoon, who makes not the slightest effort to free himself from the serpents which have him bound up. Mammon is their idol, they worship him not only with their lips, but with all the powers of their body and emotions. In their eyes, the Earth is nothing more than a stock exchange, and they are convinced that here on earth, they have no destiny other than to become richer than their neighbors. Haggling has taken over all of their thinking, converting {money} into objects comprises their sole relaxation. When they travel, they carry around what one might call their junk or their office on their backs with them, and speak of nothing except interest and profit. If they lose sight of business for a moment, it is only happens in order that they might snoop into someone else's." 131. Here is completed the sundering away from God in the final take-over of any religion for the portrayal of the individual as individual.
132. Mammon, the earthly brother of Yahweh, is the Ruler of America.
. . .the practical control of Jewry over the Christian world has reached the unequivocal and normal expression that the proclamation of the Gospel itself, the Christian teaching mission, has become an commercial article, and the bankrupt merchant in the gospel acts like the wealthy evangelist in a small business. [Marx: Zur Judenfrage, MEW, Volume 1, p. 373].
Money is the zealous God of Israel, before whom no other god is allowed to come. Money debases all the gods of men -- and transforms them into saleable goods. Money is the the universal value constituting in itself the worth of all things. It has thus robbed the entire Earth, the world of men as well as that of Nature, of their particular worth. Money is the essence of a person's work and his existence, alienated from him, and this alien Being controls him and he worships it. The god of the Jews has become secularized and has now become the God of the world. [Marx: Zur Judenfrage, MEW Volume 1, p. 374-375]
133. On this very ground the indecent enrichment of the individual was able to shoot up as a cult of Modernism and its dynamic foundation brought about that High Civilization of Individualism whose death and resurrection was announced on 11 September 2001.
134. More obtrusively than ever before, this Moloch solemnizes its slaughter as selfless service for "human rights." Its zeal is intolerable as it demands approval from the ranks of the "world community" for its villainy.
135. . Finance Jewry, whose power was strengthened into that of an issuing bank, has already taken the central position in the British Empire (The Bank of England is a private bank with Jewish ownership {This is also true of the so-called "Federal Reserve System" of America -- in reality, it is a cohort of private banks whose ownership is overwhelming in Jewish hands -- e.g., Rothschild, Kuhn-Loeb, etc., etc. This is generally true of most central banking systems in the West, and the central bank system has been one of the chief instruments used by Jewry to gain control over money and thus of countries}). This is true to the same degree in the New World, as its development fell under the influence of the financial system. {One of the deadliest political conflicts in the US was over the adoption of a central banking system. Several notable American statesmen warned about the lethality of such a move, but in 1913 it was fait accompli.}
136. In the USA there is a rift between the population of immigrants {by which the descendants of European immigrants are meant} on the one hand, who -- living with a feeling of security -- is ill-disposed toward Imperialism, and the finance-elite of the East Coast on the other hand. The latter enjoys the power which liquid assets and the command of giant industrial complexes grant to those so favored.
137. Their wealth -- which is direct power -- is continually in danger of turning into nothing due to the contradictions at work in the system (Cf. DAS KAPITAL, by Karl Marx, whose analysis of this process has never been bettered and probably never can be bettered).
138. The anxiety of their existence -- acute and for the money princes constantly present -- impels them to secure and build up their power by a rapid increase in their wealth, by no means through the slow course of accumulation of regular business profits, but by campaigns of strategy for conquest and monopolization of the riches distributed over the world.
The Truth-Value of Conspiracy Theories
139. The social consensus indispensable for the holding together of this creation is based upon the illusion that the USA is governed democratically and the questions affecting the destiny of people over there are decided by elections and by the voting of the people's elected representatives.
140. The political reality cannot correspond to this notion: Social and political power lies in the hands of those of great wealth, and thus in private hands. Their interests coincide with those of the "average American" only sporadically and on occasion.
141. The private power of money is maintained only in a weak state in which the minds of the subjects are prepared in such a way by non-state powers -- chiefly through the media -- so that at all times only such solutions to problems can be "democratically" implemented, which agree with the interests of the Money Power or at least do not conflict with it.
142. Characteristic of the political System of the USA is the presence of an immense, non-state, oligarchic apparatus of influence, which knows how to successfully represent itself as the existence of freedom of opinion and of information, although it is the exact opposite.
143. Both pillars of power -- the finance system and the apparatus of influence -- are controlled by Jews. The Presidents of the United States of America tremble before the latter, as was recently confirmed again a short time ago by the publication of the Nixon tape transcripts.
144. Those who carry out decisions are thoroughly aware of the totalitarian nature of Liberalism, because they have the daily experience of being unfree without being able to admit it. They are not allowed to leak their realization from this experience to the public even by insinuation, because the System is dependant upon an intact façade. Only to a very few examples of this type of person is the expression of fundamentally critical opinions permitted, in order to manufacture the appearance of openness. Thus hypocrisy becomes second nature for all persons with public visibility. These people are every moment conscious of the danger of losing their middle-class existence, if they let the true conditions of their employment be seen (System of Hypocrisy).
145. To protect themselves from self-betrayal, they deform their abilities of perception, suppress their thought patterns and they arrange protective rituals of purgation, with which they persecute their own thought-crimes on others.
146. Under these circumstances, the conspiracy of private magnates against the interests of the majority population is the soul of the System.
147. CAPITAL, as a General, does not exist except as personified in the magnates whose power far exceeds that of the feudal princes. Like these, they plan their campaigns for the putting down of their rivals, their attacks on the independence of governments, their predatory seizure of raw material deposits and markets, the organization of war propaganda in secret. They veil their intentions by means of shamming and misinformation. From the very beginning, Jews took the preeminent ranks in this new class of controllers. No conspiracy?
148. The objection, whose deployment blocks thinking, {that we are} implying "Conspiracy theories," is one of the most effective verbal clubs against intellectuals. It should now be clear which interests are behind this. This weapon of the enemy is to be destroyed. When this outraged reproach is made honestly, it is a reliable yardstick for the intellectual atrophy of the accuser.
The Historic Role of F. D. Roosevelt
149. In the 20th Century, the overseas trade and money-lending "to the nations" became for politics determining driving moments and at the same time weapons of war. Both fields of activity require military protection on the high seas, and therefore two strong war fleets -- the one in the Pacific, the other in the Atlantic Ocean.
150. The main current of an epoch carries those talents upward whose capacity for understanding and character is the ground in which each special seed of the World Spirit germinates. Those chosen by fate become historical personalities. As such, they stand above the law and are subordinate only to their karma. Frequently they are predestined for a tragic end, which they have ever accepted inwardly as confirmation of their mission.
151. The Heroes of the ages mock the jurisdiction of consistorial and academic supervisors. Who wants to judge an Alexander, a Julius Caesar, a Napolean, a Stalin, or an Adolf Hitler? What can the mortal spirit do against the absolute spirit?
152. Even F. D. Roosevelt was an incarnation of the World Spirit. He was the most successful of the statesmen of the 20th Century, in that he achieved most of those goals which he had set for himself -- which is rarely the case. Nevertheless, he is a tragic hero by the fact that he personifies the principle of Atomism and Liberalism, understood to be in decline since the appearance of the German Reich, the principle which, since 1990 - i.e. since the collapse of the Soviet Union -- is winning itself a victory of death.
153. He was the man equipped to know how to convert the geo-strategic fantasies of desire of the East Coast elite into policy (He had already been in his younger years Deputy Secretary of the Navy). He was aware of the fact that US Imperialism, in completing its goals, would encounter as its chief enemy the German Reich. "Germany first" was his motto.
154. With his geostrategic vision of One World, he had inherited the mind-set of the British. Like the British, he thought in the terms of a sea power.
155. One should know and understand something of the superiority of sea transport in comparison to the transport of goods over land, and what significance the merchant marine and navy have for the forceful opening up of the world as a market for Capital.
156. Finally, one must recognize the connection between the self-preservation of developed Capitalist societies and predatory Free Trade, in order to know that the 30-year World War between the great industrial nations was an unavoidable fate. No power on earth was able to prevent it.
157. One has to know that Free Trade, even in "peacetime," is inseparable from mass murder.
158. The attempt of the British Empire, to smash the German Reich, had cost it its world power. The Entente cordiale was too weak. To save it from defeat, the USA stepped upon the European stage, which ever since then it has not left. Franklin Delano Roosevelt regarded the Versailles Diktat as only a temporary truce. {The so-called "Versailles Treaty" -- always referred to by Germany as a Diktat -- dictated terms -- rather than a genuine treaty. It terms were truly shameful, and brought the 'standards' of blatantly distorted propaganda into the sphere of diplomacy; it also did much to institutionalize German "guilt" in the minds of millions, and thus helped set the stage for the Nuremberg trials 30 years later.}
When he became President in 1933, he set himself the mission of leafing Great Britain and France once again against the German Reich in the war, in order to destroy it at last and, using this opportunity, to become heir to the British Empire.
Churchill was blind and not in a position to take advantage of the offer of alliance from Adolf Hitler. It is tragic in a certain sense, that Adolf Hitler did not credit him with such stupidity {as he showed}. It will be seen that Great Britain lost the world wars of the 20th Century in a more fundamentally sense than did the German Reich. {It is known that in the 1920s, Churchill expressed in his writings awareness of the role of Jewry in the suborning of nations, etc. But by the period just prior to the Second World War, Churchill was in desperate financial straits, even on the verge of losing the Marlborough estates -- until he secured a huge 'loan' from Bernard Baruch.}
159. The interplay between Roosevelt, Churchill, Hitler, and Stalin is an impressive demonstration of how the World Spirit manages to execute those steps which are necessary for its self-realization. Only those protagonists win whose plans pave the way for it. In the 20th Century, they were F. D. Roosevelt and Joseph Stalin. All others lose -- even then, when they are standing on the side of the victors.
160. Roosevelt was selected as the perfector of Liberalism, to which he, with his ideology of human rights, gave the significance of a fifth world religion. It was Stalin's role to demonstrate that Liberalism cannot be conquered by a system in which the person is destroyed.
161. F. D. Roosevelt sensed the impotency of Collectivism. On this account, it was possible for him to associate on friendly terms with Stalin, the butcher of the 20th Century, in order to include him in the front against the German Reich and to see that Eastern and Central Europe fell into his hands, so that, as leader of an unconquerable land power, he controlled it (Cf. the Spellman diaries).
162. It is exactly in this pronounced opposition of Liberalism and Collectivism, in their failure, that the idea of the Volksgemeinschaft forces its way through.
163. Since the US American population of immigrants embodies, for the most part, a bigotted spirit and at the same time one which is not martial, they were/are to be mobilized for the warlike undertakings of the East Coast only by means of the demonization of foreign enemies. It is hard to decide whether Roosevelt's hatred for the Germans was original with him, or only the mental adaptation to geo-strategic requirements. That can even be a matter of indifference to us. It was not his hatred for Germans which determined the history of the 20th Century, but the requirements for securing their power recognized by the elite of the East Coast.
164. Dishonest and dishonorable through-and-through, he was nevertheless a great, a worthy enemy to us: His historical achievement consists in the masterly deception of his voters over the ways and means he used to entangle the USA in the war against the German Reich.
165. And, he made the Jews in the USA great and held the stirrup for their mounting to world rulership. Felix Frankfurter, his most important advisor -- a Jew -- was called the "Kaiser of America." When questioned about this by an investigative committee of the US Congress, he replied: "One could see it that way."
166. Roosevelt brought the actual enemy of the German Reich into a visible position, in which he now can be attacked and conquered with the weapon effective against him alone -- the German spirit.
The Foundation of the Fourth Reich is the Reconciliation with the Jewish Spirit, which is its Conquest
167. The Jews in the 20th Century did what they always do when they have the chance to do it: By means of their sticking together, their intelligence and their money, they have gained control -- while always remaining in the background -- of every existing power, until they -- as was promised them by Yahweh and their prophets -- could openly emerge in our day as actual Master. (Deuteronomy 15, 16; 28: 12-14; Isaiah 60)
Karl Marx
Jewry could not create a new world; it could only draw the new creations of the world and the conditions of the world into the realm of its activities, because the practical need {of a life} whose sense is self-interest, behaves passively and does not expand by preference, but rather finds itself expanded with the further development of social circumstances. [Marx: Zur Judenfrage, MEW Volume 1, p. 376]
168. As "part of that power, which constantly desires Evil and constantly creates Good." (Goethe, Faust: A Tragedy, HA Vol. 3, p. 47) we see the Jewish spirit standing at our cradle. The spirit which constantly denies what to us is closest to the heart and highest, drives forward the idea of the Fourth Reich as a theological-political treatise -- for the self-defense of Germanhood.
169. Its reality redeems Jewry from the burden of lies (John 8: 44) and hypocrisy, because in the recognition of the truth, in the recognition of the unity of God and Man, these {lies} are powerless and therefore no longer needed.
170. It was a long road from Jesus of Nazareth, through Luther and Hegel, to the Holocaust religion, which now -- because it is idolatry -- will tear to pieces religious Jewry.
Martin Luther
On this road was Ahasverus, the Eternal Jew, who has been companion to us throughout our history. Today, he is Lord of the Judeo-American Empire. In his defeat, which is becoming manifest, he will finally find rest. The persecutions will come to an end. That it is no longer "the Jews" who had to be seen as the sought enemy, but rather {it was} definable structures of the power of money which were supposed to be life insurance for "the Jews."

In the thirty-year World War of the 20th Century, the issue was not one of the squabbling over inheritances by estranged and hostile princely houses; it was not to gain territory; not for the acquisition of colonies. The aggressors -- first of all England and then the Anglo-American block -- wanted the destruction of the German Spirit, because this was proceeding to dominate the world -- not in the manner of an imperialistic power, but by means of spiritual and intellectual leadership in liberation from Liberalism.
172. Nothing indicates that the US East Coast has ever given up its war goal of 1916, to destroy the German Reich in order to establish its world control and to secure it indefinitely.
173. How can the destruction of a Spirit be conceivable -- if at all -- to whom the future belongs?
174. The militaristic spirit does not die from a storm of steel, rather it reaches its highest intensity in the clash of swords. The military struggle which overthrew the German Reich as the power which was stopping Evil, was what first made possible the spiritual violation which is the actual goal of war. The brainwashing, falsely designated "re-education," conceived by Jewish academics -- Th. W. Adorno, Max Horkheimer, and others -- was first able to be carried out on the German people, who had become defenseless.
175. No doubt is possible: an outrageous wrong was done to the German people.
176. The violent action of its enemies in force against it continues. Already, the Angel of Death hovers above the German people, to take it away.
177. The wrong is not that after initial victories, we were finally beaten on the battlefields of the thirty-year war. The most profound contempt is shown us, in that the victors murder the souls of the people with lies and force upon us a political system in which those, who no longer even know that we have a soul, decide about us.
178. With this knowledge beings the crisis in which it will be determined whether thirst for revenge overwhelms our people or genuine realization of our history transforms our suffering in the idea that it is God Himself who, through the agony of world history, finds His way. In this thought, all reproaches about guilt and fantasies of revenge perish. Thousands of years of hate fade away. Our perceptions are prepared to finally descend into the depths of Jewish history, to understand at last the chosen people, who are at the same time burdened with a curse -- and to admire them.

179. At the end of his life, even Adolf Hitler learned to admire the Jews, to whom he ascribed all responsibility for the catastrophes of the German Reich, in that he recognized in them a "spiritual race" (in Gesprächen mit Martin Bormann {Conversations with Martin Bormann}).
180. The Jews were the first who found within themselves the greatness of martyrdom and bore witness with their blood, that the spirit is the highest thing, to which earthly existence passes away into insignificance.
181. The truth of the slavery to the Law, irritating and repulsive to us, of the devout Jew, is the rejection of existence allied to Nature, in order to construct a life of mortal spirit from the spirit (the Law of Yahweh).
182. In Judaism, Man is for the very first time a Spirit by himself. Therefore the Jews were justified as Jews, in perceiving only themselves as human beings in heathen surroundings, and in seeing in other peoples the lives of animals who are delivered up for slaughter.

183. It is inherent in the concept, that its differences emerge not only in the realm of thought, but are clothed in flesh and blood and lead to war against each other, as long as until they recognize themselves as motives of the idea and thereby find their way to ideal unity in which they are reconciled.
184. Thus -- right up to the present day -- devout Jews are placed in the contradiction, for the sake of their spirituality, of relating moral relationships only to the Jewish cooperative society. Moral behavior, for them, follows from obedience to Yahweh, whose "anger is upon all heathens, his fury is upon their armies," whom he shall "deliver up to slaughter," so that "the stink from their corpses will ascend and the mountains will flow with their blood." (Isaiah 34: 2-3). Therefore it is held by the Jews as moral to deny help to a woman in labor who is of the "nations," because Yahweh does not want His Chosen People to help an "idolater" to be born. (Mishna Avoda sra II, 1, cited from the edition of the Babylonian Talmud of Reinhold Mayer, Wilhelm Goldman Verlag, Munich, 1963, p. 217, etc.)
185. It is the tragedy of the Jewish people, that because of this they are regarded -- properly -- as an immoral people. Only he acts morally, who accepts and performs as his own, not an alien (Yahweh's) will, but, with the renunciation of his own will, the rational will, recognized as such in himself. (Luther, Vom unfreien Willen {Of the Unfree Will}; Hegel, Begriff der Sittlichkeit {The Concept of Morality}).
186. The high art, developed by the Jews and held in contempt by us, of getting around the law by hair-splitting, remains in the realm of the spirit. It is the first step to the conquest of the slavish obedience improper for the spirit -- a powerful progress of the spirit in its awareness of freedom.
187. Judah shouts: De te fabula narratur! {The story is told about you!} Jewish history is, in itself, our history.
188. Still closer to us is the enlightened Jew, who has overcome in himself Yahweh, the jealous God, and become an Atheist. He was able to complete this step only because he thinks that God and Man are separated from one another. He can thus say to himself: "I exist, of which I am certain. But that you exist, Yahweh, I can doubt, therefore I deny that you exist." In this step -- in and as far as the collective consciousness follows it -- the God beyond is murdered. It is just through this that the world is ripe for his resurrection in our own selves.
189. Only as the spirit resurrected in the mortal spirit, is God the absolute spirit, which has no more boundaries by which he himself might be reduced to mortality.
190. The recognition of God rather than hatred of the Jews is the way out of the fatal dilemma that the Jews, not recognized in their divinity because of their faith in the jealous God Yahweh, are excluded from all moral peoples and in this condition are repeatedly exposed to catastrophic visitations.
191. To the German people the mission has been allotted, to resurrect God in thinking beyond Atheism and Nihilism, to create itself as self-conscious Volksgemeinschaft, and to be present as the higher form of God in which Judaism is sublated in the triune sense of ended, preserved, and elevated.
192. The atheistic Jews are probably the first -- as the example of Nachum Goldmann shows -- to be converted to the German spirit.
193. "Preserved" and "elevated" means that Judaism and the existence of the Jewish people is recognized and justified as necessary moment of our existence.
194. Only in this awareness of the nations that the Chosen people can leave Yahweh, because it does not need him any longer for the preservation of the abstract religious, and thus, Jewish Volksgemeinschaft as protection against discrimination and persecution.
195. This revolution completing itself in the spirit needs an intellectual effort of our folk -- in particular of its elites -- which is the equal of the efforts, privations and sacrifices of the Wehrmacht in the War of Liberation from 1939-1945. By means of this, we will snatch away the spirit of our people from the blindness which the destroyers of German culture have brought upon us.
196. That -- and only that -- is the starting point and center of the New World which has grown in the womb of the Old World and which is feverishly rushing toward the hour of its birth.
197. Whether we are victorious or go under -- this question is the question to follow the final solution of the Jewish question.
198. "The Jewish Emancipation in its final significance is the emancipation of humanity from Jewry." [Marx, Zur Judenfrage, MEW Vol. 1, p. 373]
199. This realization -- as strange as it may sound today -- is the Alpha and Omega of the German Revolution.
200. If we succeed in destroying the worldly power of the Jews by subordinating the relationship of money to the German Volksgemeinschaft, and if the German spirit succeeds in overcoming the separation of God and Man in the Jewish people, then we shall live. Nachum Goldmann was a beginning which promises much.
201. Not understood is the essence of the 2000-year-old struggle of Germanism against the world control of Jewry and against the worldly God of the Jews, the Haggler (Karl Marx).
202. The New Testament is a treasure trove for allusions to the pre-consciousness of the Absolute Spirit, which in light of the Hegelian concept makes possible astonishing breakthroughs. The most astonishing example is found in a letter by St. Paul: The Jews are our enemy for our sake (Romans 11:28). Israels final salvation depends on the fact, that the German Reich finds its well-being (Romans 11:25-27), by ending the destruction, driven on by Jewish money and Jewish media power, of the original Volksgemeinschaft in the cultivation of the self-conscious Volksgemeinschaft, which includes breaking the bondage to usury and the annihilation of the private power of money (folk- or people's economy).
203. In order to save the Jews from their final destruction in a newly kindled fire-storm of hatred of the Jews, the German Reich is now called upon to actually bring about the Final Solution to the Jewish Question -- by means of the surmounting of Judaism, for which German Idealism holds out to us the guidelines.
204. That is, then, also the overcoming of Globalism -- this last form of Imperialism -- by the restored folk-economy, (i.e. ethnically or nationally-based economy. In this, the lending of money for interest is the monopoly of the state and of the cooperative banks, and no longer the business of the Jewish bankers.
205. The idea of the self-conscious Volksgemeinschaft, in which policy is freed from the physical quality of money-power (K. Marx) encounters the "chimeral nationality of the Jew" as "money-man" (K. Marx). That is no war in the spiritual realm. It is the struggle for survival of the German people against the actual world power of Jewry.
206. What the German theologian Bruno Bauer observed in 1843, has since that time continued to develop in the sense of a perfection of the Jewish money power. Bauer wrote:
"The Jew, who is, for example, only tolerated in Vienna, determines the fate of the entire Reich by means of his money-power. The Jew, who can be without rights in the smallest German state, decides over the fate of Europe. While the corporations or guilds refuse to deal with the Jew or are not yet inclined to him, the boldness of industry mocks the obstinacy of the medieval institution." (B. Bauer, Judenfrage, p. 114.) [agreeing with Marx: Zur Judenfrage, MEW 1 p. 373]
207. In no area do the thought-taboos installed by the Jewish media work more powerfully and more successfully than with the discussion of the Jewish Question. Already, the admission that there is one, draws down upon itself the excommunication of social ostracism. It should have become clear why that is so and why we Germans who still want to be Germans, no longer are permitted to avoid this terror sourced in the Talmud, if we wish to preserve ourselves as a people.
208. The perfected vasallage of the Bundesrepublik Deutschland {The FRG or Federal Republic of Germany, the present enemy-imposed system, whose governments are by necessity ZOG-loyal.} is the ideal climate for the young growth of the Fourth German Reich, which can only come into power in resistance against the vassal-state and its masters.
209. On this idea, opinions are divided: those Germans who, though to be sure they still want to be Germans, but believe the struggle for Germany can be led and won by means of the vassal-institutions, stand -- objectively -- in the camp of the enemy. They do not grasp the fundamental consensus upon which these institutions are built. The FRG is the faith-become-flesh, that the Third Reich was the Reich of Evil, which continues to work underground and thus perpetuates the withdrawal of the German people from redemptive history.
210. Every German, who decides for the "march through the institutions" of the FRG, and thus decides against the German Reich, becomes -- objectively -- an enemy of the Reich.
211. But to the degree that the essential nature of America becomes known, the essential nature of the FRG also becomes known, which just recently affirmed its "unlimited solidarity" with the USA.
212. The majority of the peoples of the Eastern hemisphere given over to slaughter by Yahweh (Isaiah 34: 2-3) had in 1914 not yet appeared self-consciously on the stage of history. When they awakened after the October Revolution of 1917, they at first turned to the then powerfully victorious Soviet Union, which later fell into the camp of the enemies of the Reich.
213. Here, a decisive turn of events favorable to the German Reich occurred. Russia has experienced its liberation from the Bolshevist yoke as disappointment in its hopes placed in the West.
214. The Russian soul is not less receptive toward anything than it is toward the coldness of the "American Way of Death," and it knows no greater longing, than that for spiritual fulfillment. In both, it finds in the German spirit the necessary completion. Russia's geographic situation, the size of the country and the richness of natural resources, which are lacking in the German Reich, the readiness and capability of the Germans to work in Russian space as co-organizers of industrial production, are the solid material foundations for the spiritual symbiosis, in which Russia and the German Reich will prepare the needed end to Liberalism and its highest form, Globalism.
215. The Third Epoch of Power, the power of money, yields, in the Fourth Epoch, to the power of the spirit.
216. To be sure, power is always spirit. But up until now, it has been the narrow-minded forms of that spirit which have determined the world: blood, soil, money, were still non-spiritual foundations. These, in the self-conscious Volksgemeinschaft, are only moments. They no longer have an independent being. Rather, they are banished from the spiritual designing-power, and placed in a subordinate role. It is no longer "material compulsions" which dominate the community, but goals freely set by it. It is just through this, that the community, and therefore every individual comrade of the folk, becomes truly free.

Considering:
that the German Reich has become incapable of acting due to the arrest, contrary to international law, of the government of the Reich on 23 May 1945, and that to the present day it has not regained its ability to act;
that the victorious powers, in violation of the international law concerning war, established on the soil of the German Reich three division-regimes carved out of the Reich, and brought into being for these regimes the formation of unfree governments which are nothing but organs of the powers of occupation (Friedrich Berber, Lehrbuch des Völkerrechts {Textbook of International Law}, Volume II: Kriegsrecht {The Law of War}, C. H. Beck, Munich 1969, p. 132, etc.);
that the removal of the constitutional Kaisertum [Kaiserdom] in the German Reich by the enemies of the Reich, in violation of the international law of war, was imposed by the force of military power (Note of President Woodrow Wilson to the government of the Reich of 14 October 1918 -- Documents, Volume 2, no. 356) and consequently all declarations of renunciation by the German Princes, as well as the articles in question of the constitution of the Reich of 1919, are null and void,
we maintain:
that the legitimate power of the Reich has again reverted to the "Eternal Alliance of the German Princes for the Protection of the Territory of the Alliance and of the Rights which are in force within the same, as well as for the Care of the Welfare of German People," as it was established in the treaty of alliance of Prussia with the North German states of 18 August 1866 (Prussian Collection of Laws 1866, p. 626 and following) and expanded in the peace treaty of Berlin of 22 August 1866, as well as the November treaties of 1870, and finally as it was declared responsible in the proclamation of the Constitution of the German Reich of 16 April 1871, and is embodied in the heads of the families of the Princely Houses which have intact, right up to the present day;
that every German possesses all rights of the German Reich, including the right to wage war, to the day on which the German Reich, through special organs of state, again becomes capable of acting (every part is simultaneously the Whole and in actuality first becomes a part by means of the organing of the Whole).
Before God and the German People, it is the sacred duty of the Eternal Alliance of the German Princes, to respond to the distress of the folk and the Reich.
By virtue of the general responsibility of every citizen of the Reich, it is the duty of the heads of families of the Alliance of Princes to care for the interests of the Reich, and by virtue of the legitimacy of the power of the Reich embodied in them, to begin the organing of the German Reich and thus to restore its sovereignty and ability to act.
The German Volksgeist {= folk-spirit} has been recognized in the thought of German Idealistic philosophy (Herder, Kant, Fichte, Schelling, Hegel) as the presence of freedom and as the moral State. This includes the idea that rulership is no longer mediated through the Mercy of God from the next world, but follows from the ancient gathering of the people of the State, which in the delegations of the German Gaue {= districts; the Gau -- plural Gaue -- is government at the regional or province level, and is a very old Germanic structure which was resurrected by the Third Reich} is made ready for the meeting of the regulating Reichsversammlung {Assembly of the Reich}. It is therefore time that the German Princes transfer (translatio imperii) the power of the Reich embodied in them, to the German people present in the regulating Assembly of the Reich, by acknowledging that they are part of this people and enter the Assembly of the Reich, whose absolute self-rule they thereby recognize, as an assembly of Princes.
Deputies to the regulating Assembly of the Reich can only be members of the Reich in the sense of the law on 23 July 1913 concerning membership in the Reich and State, in the last version, valid before 8 May 1945, and be members of the German ethnic group, if they, by means of the oath of citizenship in the Reich
[: "I swear that I will be loyal to the German People and to the
German Reich, protect its freedom with all that I have and
with my life and will fulfill all my duties conscientiously.
This I swear, so help me God." ]
profess their allegiance to the German Reich.
Anyone who has made common cause with a regime of Reich-dismemberment by taking over political functions and thereby betrayed the German Reich cannot be a deputy in the re-ordering of the Reich Assembly.
In addition, also to be regarded as not eligible for office due to their treason to the Reich are: members of the managing committee (of the Federal Committee and regional committees) of the parties represented in the Bundestag of the FRG {i.e., the BRD, or Federal Republic of Germany, a creation of the occupying powers after WW2} or in a Landtag {regional legislature} of the FRG, in the Parliament of the Bundesrepublik Österreich {i.e., FRA, the Federal Republic of Austria, another creation of the occupying powers}, and the trade unions, the deputies in the regional or federal parliaments, the directors of the German media establishment, the editors-in-chief and publishers of daily newspapers and news magazines appearing in the BRD as well as in the FRA. Also ineligible for office because they have been corrupters of the Reich are the boards of directors (business leaders) of capital companies (and trusts), whose annual sales exceed the amount of 1 billion DM (= Ä5 Mio = $500 million) and whose substantial business activity is conducted outside of the Reich (Globalists).
As criminals of the System, not qualified for election are the {members of} the boards of the Bundesbank {federal bank}, the European Central Bank and of such banking stock companies which have directly or indirectly extracted profit from loans furnished by the public (state credit).
Not qualified for election as enemies of the Reich are the members of the Central Council of the Jews in the Altreich {the old Reich; the borders of Germany before the reduction of German territory due to Versailles Treaty} and in Austria.
Persons who, although they do not presently exercise the managing of certain functions, but who have held such positions within the period of the statute of limitations (10 years), are likewise not qualified for election.
This exclusion can be lifted in well-founded individual cases by the Reich governor, if the said individual shows remorse and because of it has performed a not insignificant contribution to the development of the revolt movement of the German people.
Considering that the regimes of Reich-dismemberment
have, through the propagation of historical lies, attempted to murder the soul of the German people
promoted the destruction of its ethnic uniqueness through forced intermixing with culturally alien ethnic populations and surrendered the homeland of the Germans,
have continued to transfer, without the provisions of a peace treaty, a great part of the people's wealth as so-called reparation payments with no control to Jewish organizations,
have robbed the savings of the German people by boundless inflation of state debt;
have aided and abetted the plundering of the Germans by subservience to the currency of the Dollar;
squandered the wealth of the German people by tolerating avoidable mass unemployment for decades;
have sent German soldiers into war as soldiers for foreign interests;
a total moral and then, also, a political collapse of the vassal-regime is to be expected in the the near future, in view of the slow penetration of historical truth. This delightful but, at the same time, dangerous development will experience an acceleration not believed possible, when the global power structures collapse through the unfolding of the world economic crises already embarked upon, and through the uncalculated ramifications of the Third World War set loose by the Judeo-American empire, and the scope for action of the remaining national states thereby will grow, which will make possible a global new order.
The emerging revolutionary condition of this model makes a rapid and energetic intervention by the German Alliance of Princes unavoidable -- if bloody ethnic conflicts and a civil war on the soil of the German Reich probably arising out of these are to be avoided.
The following measures can immediately be undertaken:
1. The German Alliance of Princes declares itself, on the grounds of the treaty of the 18th or, respectively, the 22nd of August 1866, as well as by virtue of the preamble of the Constitution of the German Reich -- proclaimed on 20 April 1871 -- in charge of initiating the proceedings provided by Article 146 for the FRG {Federal Republic of Germany}, for the creation and summoning of a constituent national assembly of the German people.
2. At the same time, the Alliance of German Princes issues a Reich Warning to all in public service as well as Germans (in the sense of the Law of Reich and State membership of 23 July 1913 in the last valid constitution prior to 08 May 1945 {this law rightly defined as German, those whose parents were German}) active in the officer corps of the regime of the Reich dismemberment, to be conscious in all that they do and omit doing in the sphere of the performance of their office, conscious of their duties of loyalty to their German Reich and to the people of the state, and to work with the people's movement for the living organism of the Reich.
To recall and to clarify are the following:
a. that no one -- no functionary of the state administration, no politician and no citizen -- can make the appeal that he was relying upon {the fact that} the German Reich fell in 1945 and that the laws of the Reich had lost their validity. This belief is particularly a not worthy defense, because the federal constitutional court of the FRG made clear publicly already in 1956, that the German Reich did not go out of existence in the defeat of 1945 as subject of State and of international law, and that all political state organs had the legal duty "to strive with all of their powers for the unity of Germany and to refrain from doing anything which legally hindered reunification or which made it actually impossible" (BVerfGE 5, 85, 126);
b. that the continued validity of the laws of the German Reich, passed and proclaimed in accordance with the constitution, follows from the continued existence of the German Reich. (These are not obsolete := not irrelevant on the grounds of changed circumstances);
c. that the interests of the German Reich require that in every case the loyalty of its citizens be strengthened;
d. that with the regaining of the capacity for action, a sharpened penal and compensatory legal liability will ensue for all transactions which have been placed after 09 November 1989, if and as far as these -- wilfully or with outright recklessness -- have been directed against or intended to harm the interests of the German Reich or are against the existence of the German people as a community of destiny, united by descent, language and culture, or against the commonweal of the German people under the protection of the Reich, or against the internal or external security of the German Reich;
e. that the German people are to be made aware of the demonization of the person of Adolf Hitler, as well as the horror-mongering concerning National Socialism as weapons of the continuing psychological war conducted by the victorious powers and their vassals (de-demonization order);
f. that members of the pedagogic personnel of the regime of the Reich- dismemberment are to be excluded for life from any further occupations as teachers due to participation in the soul-murder {of the German people}, if they are unable to credibly follow the de-demonization in the process of dissolving the regime of the Reich-dismemberment.
3. The Alliance of German Princes establishes a point of connection for Reich-loyal citizen associations and societies oriented toward the welfare of the community, in order to guide their activities to the development of the people's movement for the organing of the Reich.
4. The Princes' Alliance confirms the member of the House of Hohenzollern appointed as King of Prussia by succession to the throne, as Governor of the Reich on the basis of Article 11 of the Reich Constitution of 16 April 1871.
The Governorship of the Reich is the emergence of future capacity to act of the Reich and, as such, is already power.
The power of the Reich expresses itself in the fact that -- supported by the electronic world Internet -- under the charge of the Reich Governor, immediately
- - the crimes against the German people -- committed by politicians, opinion-makers in the media, teachers in educational institutions and decision-makers in the administrative units -- is investigated, personal responsibility is settled and evidence for a later judgement by the courts of the Reich according to the still valid laws of the Reich is secured;
- - the prosecution by the courts and authorities, contrary to the laws of the Reich, of Germans loyal to the Reich is documented and the judgement of the court and documents of the administration are published, with an evaluation of their unlawful content;
- - the propaganda hostile to Germans forced upon German youth in the school books is exposed and is rendered harmless by expert accounts of history;
- - a stop is put to the corruption of our ethnic uniqueness and self-determination by the anti-culture of Hollywood productions and by the anti-spiritual hack work of the East Coast cosmopolitanism, through reflection upon the German character and nature;
- - the Mosaic concept of God as well as the corresponding Jewish self-hatred and hatred of strangers, as a condition for the possibility of the sometimes fatal contrast between Jewry and the various ethnicities of non-Jews, which has been interwoven through two thousand years of world history, is made known and thus is resolved into a higher understanding of the Absolute. (Only then can the Jewish people be recognized and respected as a spiritual people.)
- - through the philosophical concepts of the Jewish nature, the German folk-soul is finally purged of the poisonous thought of the Jewish racism of extermination, which has plunged our people into ruin;
- - the techniques of the ongoing conduct of psychological warfare against the German people is described systematically and understandably, the strategies of this campaign and its henchmen in the universities and agencies of opinion are named and made known as enemies of the German people;
- - the culture-struggle for the reacquisition of the German Idealistic philosophy is taken up, which vanquishes the Jewish-rationalistic foundations of the "scientific" world view, which denounces the nationalities and human beings as worthless {singular} existences or even as delusions;
- - the weapon of the influx of immigrant populations employed for the destruction of the German people is described, explained, and thus made understandable in its effects;
- - the dogma of the "inescapable inherent pressures of the capitalist system" is made comprehensible as a weapon of stultification;
- - the entitlement, derived from the idea of Right and of the mores of the various peoples, to recognition of the German Reich as autonomous subject of law -- at present in the Governorship of the Reich -- is proclaimed by means of its impact worldwide;
- - the Governorship of the Reich establishes connections to other peoples and states, which have an interest in the restoration of the German Reich as a strong Central European power in their [own] struggle for the preservation of their identity and the preservation of their self-determination;
- - the Governorship of the Reich organizes a reliable exchange of information also with all national powers abroad concerning evaluation of their condition, goals and possibilities.
The Governorship of the Reich will bring together the manifold -- but sporadic -- efforts of the Germans to preserve themselves as a people, and inform them about the struggle against foreign control and thus develop political power.
We ask the Alliance of Princes to make the following plan of uprising for the German people their own:
If the Governor of the Reich, after careful consultation with deputies from the German Gauen {districts}, is convinced that the German people have risen to restore the capacity to act of the German Reich, he will -- supported by the manifestations of the will of the people, as it was demonstrated, for example,
in the year 9 A.D., under Herman the Cheruskian, {Teutoberg forest}
1525 in the Reformation Movement and in the German Peasants' War,
1813 in the wars of liberation against the Napoleonic armies
1848 in the Paul's Church Movement,
1933 in the National rising,
1953 in the revolt against the Soviet occupation and
1989 in the Monday demonstrations against the Eastern regime of the Reich -dismemberment
call the deputies of the German-minded citizens of the Reich from the German Gauen {districts} to assemble in the imperial coronation city of Aachen for the ordaining Reich Assembly, in order to discuss the new order for the German Reich and, as Germans, to retire the constitution. Should unrest or measures of force on the part of the Reich-destroying regime hinder the peaceful termination of the Interregnum, in particular the formation or the meeting or the debates of the Reich assembly who are in charge, the Reichsstatthalter [Reich governor, somewhat akin to the old British Protector of the Realm], by virtue of the present power of the Reich vested in his person, will proclaim a state of emergency, place the officers and manpower of the armed forces present on the soil of the Reich under his own command, impose martial law, and restore order.
After the creation and proclamation of the New Order of the Reich by the Reichsstatthalter, the Basic Law of the Reich-destroying regime of the FRG {The Federal Republic of Germany, the form imposed upon Germany by the forces of occupation after the Second World War} comes to an end, in accordance with Art. 146, without need of a formal decision.
The administrative units presently on the territory of the Reich-destroying regime have accordingly become the administrative units of the German Reich. Their personnel, insofar as they are citizens of the Reich in the sense of the law of 23 July 1913 pertaining to criteria for membership in the Reich and the State, in the last valid version prior to 08 May 1945, must take the following oath:
I vow and swear, to follow strictly the constitution of the German Reich and laws in accordance with that constitution, the observe the rights and liberties of the people and citizens and to fulfill the prescriptions and duties of my office or of my service loyally and conscientiously, so help me God. «This I swear.»
Those who decline to take the oath are to be removed without delay from their official positions and to be interned for at most 12 months, until their personal responsibility for crimes against the rights and the people in the period of the Reich-destroying regime can be clarified. The armed forces, which have been under the command of the Reich-destroying regime are the defensive and police forces of the Reich. Their officials, insofar as they are citizens of the Reich in the sense of the law of 23 July 1913 pertaining to criteria for membership in the Reich and the State, in the last valid version prior to 08 May 1945, must publicly take the following oath in military formation, before the head of the Reich or before those authorized to accept the oath:
We vow and swear to practice obedience toward our superiors, to remain loyal and true to the constitution and the laws of the German Reich, to boldly defend the honor of the Fatherland, its unity and power, its independence, to support and protect the liberty and rights of its citizens, so help us God. «This we swear.»
Those who refuse the oath are punishable due to refusal to perform military service according to the laws of the German Reich.
Officials, servicemen and members of the police who are not citizens of the Reich are immediately discharged.
Violent acts committed by collaborators of the Reich-destroying regime of the "Federal Republic of Germany," after the proclamation of the New Order of the Reich, are high treason and to be opposed and punished according to the laws of the German Reich.
As the first act of office the Head of the Reich ordained by the Reich Assembly will tell the Reich-destroying regime of "Federal Republic of Austria" to comply with the decisions of the German-Austrian National Assembly of 12 November 1918 or of 12 March 1919, by which Austria declared its membership in the German Reich, and to transfer power to the Head of the Reich. At refusal, the Austrian-German populace is called upon to the restore [their] right by means of revolt against the vassal government.
Thus will the Era of Terror of the Interregnum in the German Reich come to an end, the Reich enter History as the main supporting pillar of a lasting order of peace in Central Europe, and prepare to bring to reality the vision of the great leader of World Jewry, Nachum Goldmann, of the world rule of the German Spirit.
