Welcome to the Deutsches Kolleg

The Deutsches Kolleg (Collegium Germanicum) is an intellectual gathering of Germans and wards of the German People who are loyal to the Reich. The Deutsches Kolleg (DK) is thus an organ of thought of the German Reich. The DK, like all Germans, has all rights of the German Reich, including sovereignty and the right to war, until the day that the German Reich, through specific organs of state, regains its ability to act. Owing to its intellectual character, the DK does not exercise the physical aspects of the German Reich’s state authority. The DK limits itself to theoretical, educational and programmatic activity of the Reich. The DK conceives, judges and concludes, but abstains from physically attacking, corporeally executing judgements, and of militarily placing the enemies of the Reich under verdict and fire. The DK contributes to the restoration of the full ability to act of the German People as the German Reich, through theories, courses, programmes, declarations and verbal statements.
The theoretical foundations of the Deutsches Kolleg are to be found under Schulungstexte zum Vierten Reich (Educational Texts for the Fourth Reich). The main programme of the DK is the draft of the Reich’s constitution; the basics of the General Uprising of the German People are found in the Plan for the Uprising by the Deutsches Kolleg and in the Plan for the [Uprising by Dr. Oberlercher]*.
